Hope you’ve enjoying a spectacular 2010 so far.

I don’t know about you, but I’m going to try as hard as I can

to make this year my best year ever.

In order to do that I’ve been looking back on 2009

to see what valuable lessons I’ve learned, so I can better

help you achieve your health, fat loss, and body transformation goals.

I hope you do the same and leave your best lessons from 2009

in the comments section below, maybe you’ll help someone

avoid learning their lessons the hard, slow, and painful way.

IMPORTANT NOTE: True Learning results in behavior change,

if there’s no behavior change it’s just fact collecting,

which does not accomplish anything.

I know this because I’ve spent a lot of time “fact collecting”

with nothing to show for it.

Applying just one good lesson from 2009 will matter so much

more than memorizing your lessons and thinking about them.

1.  You don’t have to do it on your own – as a matter of fact

I think it’s impossible to do it on your own.

2.  Your imagination is your most powerful, exiting, and

fun workout tool.

The New Year’s Resolution is dead. It hasn’t ever existed for that matter. If it did, we’d be the
fittest instead of the fattest nation on earth. We’d also all be millionaires. And I’d have a
girlfriend.

Everything Is Amazing And Nobody Is Happy

Written By Casey Pfeifer

Hi Everyone,

Hope you’re doing awesome! We just wrapped up an amazing weekend in Orlando with all of the top fitness info marketers in the country and we wanted to share a little piece of our weekend with you!

The chief presenter Bedros Keuilian shared this video at the beginning of the conference to set our minds in a state of appreciation.

Life is amazing and so is the world in which we live. You are amazing and so are the talents and insights you can contribute.

Don’t forget that.

Here are a few things I’m super amazed by.

Have you caved in to a piece of chocolate cake after hearing these words “Oh c’mon, just have ONE piece”, or maybe “Live a little why don’t you!”?

Here are a few ways to deal with some of the “fat anchors” in your life…those would be the people that you love who unknowingly sabotage your efforts to lose weight and live healthier.

1. Remember that most people are scared to do what you are doing.

They’re upset that they don’t have the drive to make a commitment to bettering their own lives. Just remember that you were probably there once too, and that you can be a source of inspiration for them.

Avoid being accusatory, show them the light, and if they’re worth their salt they will ask you how they can get some momentum for themselves.
