Humm – no cooking? can that be a mousse? a cup of cacao powder? can that be?? how do you use it? drink it?

    Thanks

I don’t get your message – maybe only part came through. Lots of outrage about something and lists of names. Unclear what that’s about. JPA.

  3. It’s spreadable, dippable, and makes a great filling for dates.

Another yummy chocolate mousse: (approximate quantities) 1 can cocoanut milk, 3/4 cup cup cocoa powder unsweetened, 1/2 cup or more maple syrup and/or honey to sweeten to taste, 3/4 cup nut butter of your choice, small amount of salt optional, blend well. Room temperature: it is like pudding, but very very rich. frozen in mini muffin cups – it is ice cream consistancy. Yum! But very very rich – one or two spoonfuls and quit!
