Written By Casey Pfeifer

Here is the Innate Wellness Original Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe. Keep the crap off your salad!

In case you missed it, here are the ingredients and approximate amounts. Feel free to make it your own.

~1&3/4 Cups Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

~1/3 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

~4-5 cloves garlic, smashed, sliced, and finely minced

~3 Heaping TBSP of your favorite mustard (I prefer Stout or Stoneground)

~5 TBSP of Pumpkin Pie Spice

~Salt & Pepper to taste

~4 TBSP Raw Honey

Mix ‘em all up until emulsified and you’re done. Should make enough to fill a standard salad dressing container as in the video. (Told you I had excellent eyeballing skills ;)

Enjoy,

- Casey

OK, the ingredients, combination sound awesome-but what about calories, points what ever. I am in a transition mode for moving in to to your diet recommendations…this has a lot of fat. please advise. Zoe

    Hi Zoe,

I couldn’t tell you the exact caloric count per tablespoon, but I can say that getting healthy fats is a very important part of successful weight loss and body transformation.

Fats will make you feel satiated sooner, thus you’ll ultimately eat less. You still shouldn’t drench you salad in dressing, just be mindful and take your time when you eat. Caloric density is not the issue here.

We’ll have more information on dietary fat and weight loss coming soon.
