Barefoot Running Part 1: Anatomy of a Ramble

Check out this video of Andrew and I running around Santa Barbara barefoot! It’s a truly liberating experience, and you get some interesting looks from people as well.

 

 

Remember, you were born with everything you need to be a healthy, successful, and capable being. Shoes are not required for you to run, and in many cases do more harm than good. Trust your innate intelligence and RUN!

    You are RIGHT! We were born with NO shoes on our feet and No cloths either…. but thank heavens we are not running around NAKED and Barefoot! I am all for barefoot running… on sand, grass or leaves, forget the cement… you guys are CRAZY, but i love ya for it!
